Passersby heard cries for help
Meanwhile, passers-by heard the cries for help and were able to ‘cut the 41-year-old loose’ with a chainsaw. They also provided first aid and called the emergency services. The injured man’s brother, who had been contacted by telephone, also came to help. The man was flown by helicopter to Kufstein Hospital.
