A 47-year-old man died in a tractor accident in Styria on Sunday. The man was driving his tractor on a forest road at Sonnberg in the municipality of Kleinlobming (Murtal district) when he suddenly left the road and skidded for 200 meters.
According to police, the Styrian drove his tractor off the road around 4 p.m. and skidded for 200 meters. How this happened has not yet been clarified.
Vehicle overturned
The tractor overturned on the forest road below and then came to a stop. The 47-year-old did not survive the accident.
Wife was already worried
The accident was only noticed by acquaintances around 5 p.m., after the 47-year-old did not come home and his wife became concerned.
