The Federal Cybersecurity Office (Bacs) said the pro-Russian hacker group “NoName” claimed responsibility for the attack. The group justified the attack with Zelensky’s visit to Davos, Switzerland.
DDoS overload attack
According to the information, the attack was a so-called DDoS attack. These are intended to overload internet servers. According to the Federal Office, the attack was quickly spotted and expected. Several government and government websites were temporarily unavailable. But since this afternoon everything is working again.
