Spectacular accident Sunday evening in the Tyrolean lowlands: a 26-year-old resident skidded his vehicle in Kramsach (Kufstein district), after which it slid off the road and crashed into a tree. This could possibly have prevented another crash. The driver was drunk.
The accident happened shortly before 10 p.m. The 26-year-old resident was driving his vehicle on the L211 Unterinntalstraße from Moosen towards Kramsach when the driver’s car hit the right edge of the sidewalk.
Crashed into a tree after a slide
“The car then began to skid and slid over the edge of the road on the left side,” police said. The car crashed into a tree, which probably prevented another accident.
The driver was drunk
“An alcohol test on the driver was positive. His driver’s license was temporarily revoked,” investigators continued. The car was total. This had to be rescued with the help of a crane.Two police patrols and the Kramsach volunteer fire brigade with twenty men and three vehicles were deployed.
