-Receivable mortgage costs: The CJEU today makes it clear whether the term for declaring mortgage costs has expired or not. Four entities (Caixabank, BBVA, Banco Sabadell and Santander) went to the Supreme Court to determine whether the deadline for filing claims expired on January 22 or, as consumer associations defend, not yet prescribed.
