According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Russian army has seized a location in Kharkov. But the war opponent denies this. The statement does not correspond to reality, fighting is taking place near the city of Tabaivka, the spokesman for the Ukrainian Ground Forces said.
According to this information, the central Ukrainian district of Kremenchuk was the target of Russian attacks. The area was attacked for the second day in a row, the head of the region’s military administration, Filip Pronin, wrote on Monday evening. There were no injuries. On Saturday, a rocket hit an industrial area in the same region. There were no casualties here either.
Attacks on energy infrastructure
Nearly two years after the start of the war, the enemy’s energy infrastructure continues to be attacked. The Russian military says it has repelled a drone attack on the Slavneft-Yanos oil refinery in the city of Yaroslavl; it crashed near a facility (see video above). Fuel supplies were reported to have been briefly interrupted, but production was not affected. The Ukrainian military had recently stepped up its attacks on Russia’s energy infrastructure with drones to weaken the troops’ fuel supplies.
According to a newspaper report, the Russian side is now considering introducing a ban on flights over such facilities. There should be exceptions for aircraft used to protect facilities or for machines owned by high-ranking Russian or foreign politicians.
