The force broke the bottle, causing the 41-year-old to attack the victim with the broken bottle. The 42-year-old suffered minor injuries to the neck and chest.

The suspect offered no resistance when he was arrested by police officers from the PI Graz-Hauptbahnhof. The victim refused medical attention. By order of the Graz Public Prosecutor’s Office, the suspect has been admitted to the Graz-Jakomini judicial institution on suspicion of attempted murder. The man did not confess.
