According to the police, the incident took place on Sunday night around 1:30 am in the Kössen event center. The carnival ball was still in progress when the argument between the three men escalated and fists flew. To her annoyance, the 36-year-old and her companion were standing right next to the fighters.
Several blows to the head
Apparently blinded by anger, one of the young men lashed out and pounded his fist. The woman was hit with several blows to the head and then fell to the ground with the attacker. The 36-year-old’s companion pulled the angry man away from the victim. He pulled himself together and ran. The 36-year-old was left with serious injuries. She had to be admitted to St. Johann Hospital.
