Four boys aged 12 to 14 were arrested for rape in the northwestern English city of Rochdale on Saturday evening around 6 p.m. local time. They allegedly attacked the young woman in the parking lot of a supermarket.
Four boys between the ages of twelve and fourteen have been arrested on suspicion of rape. As Greater Manchester Police announced on Sunday evening, there were a 12-year-old, a 13-year-old and two 14-year-olds.
The victim is likely a young girl
The victim is cared for by specially trained emergency services. The crime scene – which, according to the BBC report, is the corner of a busy car park, just about 50 meters from a tram station, near a supermarket – remains cordoned off for the time being. “The Sun” reports the victim as a “female child.”
