The eviction was ordered a month ago and now the deadline set by the Bruck-Mürzzuschlag district council has expired. In November 2023, the municipality discovered several security holes that could pose a danger to residents.
The mayor wants to defend himself against the decision
Mayor Maria Fischer (SPÖ) was surprised by the eviction. Some measures had already been taken and she had expected a fine instead.
