The arrival center in the former youth hostel was opened by Volkshilfe last May with the Vienna Social Fund. Two years after the start of the war, there is no longer a need for large halls for newcomers. Instead of 300 to 400 people seeking help per week a year ago, there are still 300 to 400 per month.
