Last chapter: He is said to be on the run using the passport of the Russian priest Konstantin Bajasov. The man of God is very much like him. The Russian secret service apparently orchestrated the passport deal. According to “Spiegel” Marsalek would have served this for years!
Lived a life of luxury
At the same time, suspected Wirecard fraudster Marsalek lived a life of luxury: dinners of 15,000 euros with bottles of cognac of 2,500 euros. As a reminder, in 2018 Wirecard was one of the 30 most valuable companies in Germany – 270,000 customers, transactions worth 125 billion euros. Thousands of investors were robbed of their money.
Marsalek’s business partner Markus Braun must appear in court in Munich. Braun was also a welcome guest of real estate juggler René Benko in Oberlech.
However, the real Bayasov continues to hold services in Lipetsk, Russia. The fake Bajasov, Marsalek, remains missing.
