Most bizarre rental cases – unbelievable! The urinary battle for satisfaction

Date:

Icy satellite systems, failed construction, water damage and much more. Nowadays, property managers face many problems. The largest non-profit housing cooperative in Lower Austria reports many bizarre cases to the “Krone”: about the other side of the coin, which is rarely seen, and how they want to achieve greater satisfaction among tenants in the future.

Frustrated readers are increasingly turning to the “Krone” because damage is not repaired and repairs are obviously not carried out by their housing management. Because the “edelpfuscher”, or caretaker, is almost non-existent these days, they also do not have direct access to their local residential complex. Tenants contact their property managers and often feel that their concerns and problems are not taken seriously.

However, in the battle for satisfied tenants, very bizarre cases also occur that initially make those responsible at the WET Group shake their heads and later put a big smile on their faces. But the examples are much murkier than a tenant reporting that her boiler is leaking, even though she shouldn’t have one. By the way, this happens occasionally.

The ominous water damage to the toilet
“A lady complained to us that she had water damage in the toilet. We have commissioned an installer to repair it,” is a story from the WET Group headquarters, the outcome of which no one dared to suspect. “The installer told us after his inspection that the toilet was definitely tight,” it continues. Ultimately, there was no ominous water damage and was probably only suspected because someone was constantly urinating next to it.
