It was probably anger that caused a perpetrator to scratch several cars last year. The damage amounted to several thousand euros. Vehicles were repeatedly improperly parked in unassigned local parking spaces.
An observation of witnesses led to a pensioner being identified. The 69-year-old Pongauer was questioned as a suspect. He confessed to the crime and stated that he defaced the vehicles “out of anger at those who were not allowed to park”.
