A 24-year-old woman had one-night stands with four men before claiming to be pregnant. One of the fraud victims says in court in Innsbruck: “I’m panicking about her!”
According to the indictment, the Tyrolean should have been active and invited the men to her. Shortly after the intercourse – in the case of a 28-year-old only five (!) days later – the young woman sent them pictures of the bills for an abortion. “The child is yours,” she is said to have said, according to the 28-year-old. There was no pregnancy, nor were the bills real!
When asked why, the BPD criminal in question just manages to “pay attention” before she starts crying. The judge: “But you have two children (aged 3 and 6, pay attention.), Whoever you have visitation rights for, do they not give you enough attention?” The 24-year-old cannot speak.
“I’m panicking about this woman”
One of the victims was asked by her to contribute to the costs, two offered to do so, and the fourth didn’t seem to care. The first three inquired and wanted to talk to the doctor. In the end, no one transferred money. So none of the men suffered financial damage, but one suffered psychological damage: “I’m panicking about this woman!”
Also: The defendant stole 37 figures from a store that she wanted to resell. She owed a buyer the goods, but took the money for the time being. Verdict: five months probation, absolutely 960 euros. Not legally binding.
