Stopped by police – 17 year old racing through the city at 100 km/h

The Klagenfurt police had to stop another night-time speeder on Friday. A 17-year-old inspection certificate holder is now being reported.

The 17-year-old from Klagenfurt drove his car at considerably too high speed through the city of Klagenfurt around 10 p.m. When checked by the police, the speed was 97 km/h, taking into account the measurement tolerance.

The driver committed numerous administrative violations during his journey and was eventually stopped by the patrol and subjected to a driver and vehicle check. The 17-year-old test certificate holder from Klagenfurt reports. “The authority will then decide how to proceed,” police said.

Only on Wednesday, a 20-year-old test certificate owner was caught driving at a speed of 96 km/h on Villacher Strasse in Klagenfurt around 9:30 p.m. The 20-year-old from Klagenfurt had his driver’s license confiscated on the spot.
