On Saturday evening, shots were fired in the center of Bielefeld – a 38-year-old man was killed – the victim was said to be former boxer Besar Nimani. According to German media, the fire was started when a group of up to six men left a coffee house. Another man died after a knife attack in Hamburg on Saturday.
Witnesses reported hearing six to eight shots, according to “Bild”. Emergency services rushed to the scene after the alarm was raised, but the gunshot victim – a Kosovo national – is said to have succumbed to serious injuries at the scene. The perpetrator(s) were able to escape.
