The event was officially launched with the live weigh-in, including a comparison of all athletes, which was broadcast on krone.at on Thursday evening. There were ‘only’ bad looks, a psychological feeling between the opponents. However, today it’s time to get started!
“We have once again put together an extremely exciting fight card,” assures Austrian MMA pioneer Gerhard Ettl for the cage fighting spectacle in Premstätten near Graz. In 2007, he founded the Cage Fight Series with his brother Michael, which quickly grew into one of the most prestigious MMA series in Europe in the following years.
Now the 15th edition is already waiting for Schwarzlsee. Talented amateurs and professionals also provide high tension in the Octagon in the preliminaries. There is a small anniversary for the 25-year-old local hero Anas Hamdaoui, who has already appeared several times for Krone+ subscribers: in what is already his 25th (amateur) fight, he will score his 14th victory against the German featherweight Gianni de Amore .
Two veterans want to know
The fifth victory in the seventh middleweight fight is between Sebastian Tomaschitz from Graz and Daniele de Luca (Ita). In addition, two professional veterans climb into the cage: Harald Fischer wants to know again at the age of 53, Karl Painer after an eleven-year break at 61 (!). The veterans will certainly have a wide fan base, a streaming show guaranteed!
There will also be a women’s match in the preliminaries! Bernadette Marsano wants to win again against Nora Nagy (Ung) after the state champion of the Graz martial arts club Zidadelle lost to her aunt youngster Lana Riznar (16) at the CFS 14 in November.

Two international fights promise brutally good cage action, the Peruvian Renzo Mendez has already set his sights on his 20th anniversary victory against Pavan Sahota (GB), the Georgian Beka Ghachava wants to keep the “clean slate” in the third outing against Andrian Murug (Ita ).
Daniel Schordje, who is aiming for his fourth victory in as many professional fights, wants that too. This would be the Wr. Neustädter was supposed to succeed last November, but his opponent Vito Spic (Kro) was injured shortly before, causing the fight to be canceled. This time the fists should fly.
