The Israeli Air Force attacked a Palestinian vehicle in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin on Wednesday. A surveillance camera apparently captured the drone strike.
Three people were killed and another injured, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry in Ramallah. The Israeli military said the rocket attack targeted two senior members of the terrorist organization Islamic Jihad.
One carried out a fatal attack on an Israeli last year, the second was the “commander of the terrorist infrastructure in the Jenin area”. Two other Palestinians responsible for attacks on Israelis and terrorist activities were also affected.
Photos should show an attack
A surveillance camera reportedly captured the targeted drone attack, the Times of Israel reported. The footage shows a white vehicle bursting into flames after a violent collision.
Palestinian media also reported that the three dead were members of Islamic Jihad in Jenin, suspected of involvement in attacks in the area. The city is considered a stronghold for militant Palestinians. There have been repeated raids by the Israeli army there.
