Natascha Marilovic suffered from serious eye problems from birth. She tells Krone+ how the now almost blind Viennese woman deals with glaucoma and still lives her life with flying colors. Honest, open words from an impressive woman.
Natascha Marilovic, 48, has not had it easy since her birth – she was born with severe eye twitching (nystagmus), extreme myopia and several rare genetic defects of the eyes: for example, she has no iris (aniridia) and suffers from the so-called Peters’ anomaly, a disease of the lens and cornea. But it cannot remain that way. Over time, dangerous glaucoma also developed.
