Mist bank made it hard to use
Immediately the team of the rescue helicopter “C11” set out to come to the rescue of the Germans. For the rescue team, the mission was made even more difficult by a fog bank. On arrival, the emergency doctor and the rescuer continued CPR. Meanwhile, the police helicopter “Libelle” also brought two mountain rescuers to the scene. Despite all efforts, the 56-year-old died on the Mallestiger Mittagskogel.
