A head-on collision between a tractor, an accompanying vehicle and a car took place in the Murau district of Styria on Sunday afternoon, seriously injuring an 18-year-old.
A tractor driver (18) and his 16-year-old passenger, both from the Murau district, drove from Schöder towards Ranten on Sunday around 1:30 p.m. Behind the tractor was a car as a support vehicle. As the two vehicles attempted to turn into a property entrance, a driver (24) began to overtake behind them. The result was a collision with the two vehicles in front of her.
Injured in hospital
The tractor driver was seriously injured and his passenger was slightly injured. About 21 emergency services from the Schöder fire brigade and the Murau rescue service were involved in the operation. The two injured people were taken to the LKH-Judenburg by rescue operation.
