When the judge asked why the 13-year-old had to hide her real age from him, the 19-year-old replied: “Because of her parents.” “And you didn’t find that strange?” the judge asked. . “Yes,” replied the boy, “but I loved her, so to speak.”
With a sentence of one to ten years, the 19-year-old was placed on probation for 15 months. The girl, who had entered the criminal proceedings as a private participant, was awarded 1,000 euros. The judgment is final.
