On April 1, our favorite neighbors will legalize the consumption and cultivation of cannabis. Adults will soon be able to officially smoke joints in public. But what does this mean for the upcoming EURO football tournament, which will attract hundreds of thousands of fans from all over Europe? Health Minister Karl Lauterbach (SPD) is committed to limiting risks and curbing the black market with contaminated substances.
