Accident on the A10 – driver ends up in the ditch with 1.94 per mille

A man with almost two per mille of alcohol in his blood caused a car accident in Salzburg on Sunday evening. He drove his vehicle off the A10 highway. He didn’t want to go to the hospital.

A man from Salzburg had a major breakdown on the Tauernautobahn towards Germany on Sunday evening. Shortly after the Salzburg Süd exit, the 38-year-old drove his vehicle off the right side of the road and ended up in the ditch. He injured himself to an indeterminate extent. But the driver did not want to go to the hospital.

An alcohol test carried out showed a value of 1.94 per mille! The police confiscated the man’s driver’s license and imposed a driving ban on him. It is displayed. The vehicle itself had to be recovered with heavy equipment.
