This is one of the “necessary” measures to guarantee that housing “is a right and not merely a speculative matter,” said President Pedro Sánchez.

The President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, announced on Monday that tomorrow the Council of Ministers will examine a report to amend the law, approved by the Partido Popular in 2013, which allows obtaining a residence visa if one invests in housing in the state. .
