This is unsurpassed in terms of ruthlessness and shows the indifference of the defendant!”
Judge Martin Mitteregger followed the prosecutor’s comments and imposed an unconditional fine of 4,200 euros on the 19-year-old boy. The verdict for personal injury caused by negligence is not final.
