On Sunday, 800 emergency services are expected to search for the missing Arian from Bremervörde-Elm in Lower Saxony. The little autistic person has been missing since Monday evening. The boy’s parents hope to see each other again soon and published an emotional letter: “We believe that Arian has gone on a great adventure.”
In a Facebook post (see below), the boy’s parents published emotional words – and asked for support: “If you have surveillance cameras, we ask you to check these recordings regularly. Maybe you’ll see Arian…’ it says.
Residents in the area are encouraged to look for the cubs “in woodlands, under trees, on stilts or construction sites.” Motorists are asked to drive “slowly and carefully” and pay close attention to six-year-olds in the area.
Arian is an “athletic, skilled little boy with fantastic instincts.” But “he probably won’t be noticed” (…), “we have to look for him together”. The parents distributed “balloons, sweets and drinking bottles” in the area.
The search continues with increased efforts
The search for the boy continues feverishly. There will be 800 helpers present on Sunday, many of whom will form a search chain. Ten drones must take off.
According to a police spokesperson, there are no indications that there is a criminal case. The spokesperson rules out a possible wolf attack because there are wolves in the area. A wolf advisor from the Rotenburg district also considers this unlikely. Wolfgang Albrecht said that there is only danger in special cases, such as when a wolf feels attacked.
