The LAB union has denounced the arrest of the spokesperson of the Andalusian Workers’ Union (SAT). Oscar Reinawho was released after being informed at a court in Pamplona of the date of the trial for a defamation complaint filed in a court in Seville.
Reina was in Pamplona after participating this Wednesday in the event organized by LAB on the occasion of May 1, and was detained in his hotel, first taken to the police station and then to the court, from where he was released after the judge informed would have informed him of the date of the trial for ‘defamation’, a case opened following a complaint from a company about some statements made in 2015 in which Reina pointed out to her directors “exploiters”.
