Three people were injured in a traffic accident in Nüziders on Thursday evening. A driver crashed her car into a fence, causing the vehicle to overturn. The driver was trapped. Her passenger and a passerby were also injured, police said.

The accident happened around 11:45 p.m. For an unknown reason, the driver turned to the right of the road in a bend and crashed into the fence with glass elements. The vehicle ended up on its roof on the industrial estate behind it. The trapped woman had to be freed from the completely destroyed car with rescue scissors. The driver, the passenger and a person who was in the smoking area were taken to Feldkirch State Hospital.
