At the same time, a 32-year-old from Gallneukirchen was driving a company bus in the opposite direction and suddenly turned left into a community street in front of the tractor.
Breathalyzer refused
In the subsequent collision, the toddler and the 32-year-old suffered minor injuries and had to be taken to hospital. The 32-year-old’s breath test showed a suspicion of drunkenness; the driver refused the test with the calibrated breathalyzer. His driver’s license was confiscated.
