The case caused a lot of commotion: using a fake Snapchat account, the man pretended to be a girl and elicited nude photos from students, for which money also flowed, we reported. So far he has not confessed. Investigators recently caught up with him for contacting a victim via social media and asking police to provide false evidence.

Reason why the public prosecutor in Graz has submitted an application for pre-trial detention and the man has been temporarily arrested. But as of today he is already free! The reason: “He confessed almost completely”, Christian Kroschl confirms when asked by “Krone”. He also admitted to contacting a victim in an attempt to obtain false evidence from the police.
As a result, the former teacher was released. However, he must meet a number of conditions: no contact with those involved, an order to start sex therapy and he must continue his current work. Of course, he has nothing to do with children.
