Estes Carter Thompson III is in custody in the US state of Massachusetts. An American Airlines flight attendant is said to have secretly recorded videos of underage girls in the on-board toilet.
When a 14-year-old needed to go to the bathroom on September 2, flight attendant Thompson escorted her to the bathroom in first class.
Girl photographed smartphone as evidence
The youngster discovered stickers on the opened toilet lid – underneath which a mobile phone with a rotating camera was hidden. The girl took a photo of the smartphone as evidence and told her parents. The angry father wanted to confront the steward, but he locked himself in the toilet.
The pilot called authorities, who arrested Thompson. Investigators found videos of four more girls (7, 9 and 11 years old) on the suspect’s cell phone. He also collected hundreds of images of child pornography, created by artificial intelligence. Now he faces a prison sentence of up to 50 years!
