“The Austrian youth is getting fatter and slower.” “Child, you have a problem, you should actually be slim.” “Overweight makes our children sick.” Facial expression and physiognomy specialist Christoph Rosenberger suffers from diet craze, especially in children. He says: “If a child is constantly told that things are not right the way they are, even children with calm temperaments become frustration eaters and the problem only gets worse.”
As a facial expression and physiognomic specialist, Christoph Rosenberger has been dedicated to the subject of people for more than 20 years. Through face reading he recognizes the different basic needs, preferences and goals of a person. Some of these develop as embryos in the mother’s womb. Embryogenesis is therefore an important cornerstone in his work.
“We develop from three germ layers. And in these three germ layers lies the basis for the development of our organ systems.” What does this have to do with being overweight? In short: here the foundation stone is already laid whether someone is rounder or not, whether he needs more rest and absorbs food better. People speak of the so-called calm nature. There is also movement and sensation, although they are mainly mixed types, says Rosenberger.
First of all, it is clear to Rosenberger that obesity can get out of control, as he explains: “There are many reasons why it is out of control. But a lot of things get out of hand because little people are told from the start that they are not right and that they actually have a problem.”
“Resting nature is not sick”
According to the expert, curves and filling are part of the health of the Ruhenaturell: “The Ruhenaturell is not sick. And that’s the problem: when a child is born with a calmer character, that is, more rounded, society is very quickly inclined to say: Child, you have a problem. Actually, you should be slim.”
Children with a calmer character especially need a safe, stable environment, but also reliability and relaxation, Rosenberger explains. “But when the parents are more active, there is not always much to see in the family. When these children are pushed too hard, they shut down internally. Then problems are inevitable.”
The biggest problem is that the theory of nature is still far too little known, says Rosenberger. Every child is born with certain characteristics. “A lot of it wants to be seen and read in order to recognize the individuality of the child and to support the child exactly where he or she has talents.”
