A serious argument took place in Stuttgart between several train passengers. After alleged sexual harassment, several eyewitnesses confronted a 22-year-old man and scuffles broke out. A short time later, the suspect fell onto the tracks and was hit by a train.
According to police, the incident took place on Sunday evening. The 22-year-old allegedly kissed and touched a woman (25) against her will several times while driving. An argument then broke out between the 22-year-old and some other passengers.
The young man, reportedly a Tunisian, got off the train but was still followed by the passengers. The scuffle continued on the platform in Stuttgart-Österfeld. It is said that the 22-year-old suddenly fell to the track bed.
Part of the arm cut off
An oncoming train hit the man who fell, seriously injuring him. According to Südwestrundfunk, part of his arm was cut off. Police are currently evaluating surveillance camera footage to accurately reconstruct the incident. On the one hand, there is an investigation into sexual harassment and on the other hand into serious physical injury.
