Fright for a 67-year-old woman on Saturday evening in Tarrenz (Imst district) in Tyrol. A dog on a “long leash” bit the local man’s left leg.
The incident took place shortly after 6 p.m.: “A 48-year-old Austrian was walking with a Slovakian wolfhound on a leash in Tarrenz,” police said. The dog had about four to five meters of free space on the ‘long leash’.
The 67-year-old had to go to hospital
But suddenly the animal bit a passerby on the left leg. The 67-year-old suffered significant injuries from the bite and required treatment at Zams Hospital. “After the investigation is completed, a report will be issued to the responsible authorities,” the director said.
