The breath test was positive
An alcohol test on the 26-year-old Romanian driver from the St. Johann im Pongau (Sbg.) district was positive. Moreover, the Romanian did not have a valid driver’s license. Because the police noted further symptoms in the driver that indicated impairment due to drug use, the driver was referred to a doctor. After investigation, he confirmed that the driver was not fit to drive.
