Another victim from the shipwreck on the Danube in Hungary was rescued on Friday. The 39-year-old was found on the bank near the town of Göd. The accident resulted in five deaths. Two other people are still missing.
The search is currently underway for the 18-year-old and the 39-year-old. According to reports, a total of eight people were on board the motorboat that collided with the hotel ship MS Heidelberg on Saturday evening. Immediately afterwards, two dead bodies were recovered (see video above).
Injured person not yet interviewed
One passenger, an Italian citizen, escaped to the coast with serious injuries and was found there by passers-by. The man is not yet suitable for questioning.
The police have now arrested the Czech captain of the hotel ship that sails under the Swiss flag. He is being investigated on suspicion of failure to provide assistance, resulting in death.
