The man who has committed several bomb attacks on a meeting house of Jehovah’s Witnesses and a supporter’s car in Styria since the summer of last year will probably be arrested. He was arrested in the Leibnitz district and questioned by investigators. At the same time, a large-scale operation with dismantlers is taking place in Graz; a suspicious car is searched for explosives.
A large police force is currently causing uncertainty in the city center of Graz: Elisabeth and Leonhardstrasse are closed off and traffic is at a standstill. The Styrian police also confirmed the large-scale operation.
The trigger? There is probably a suspicious object in the middle of the busy road. To clarify this, the streets were closed. Details are still unclear, more information will follow.
