Horrible scenes must have taken place over a week ago in a schoolyard in Kirchbichl (Tyrolean district of Kufstein). An older man allegedly grabbed a student (6) by the hand. A student came to the girl’s aid and chased the stranger away. The police are now looking for witnesses.
It is probably every parent’s horror fantasy that took place last Monday, May 27, in the schoolyard of the Kirchbichl primary school. Between 9:20 a.m. and 9:50 a.m., a previously unknown man initially approached a six-year-old girl. According to police, he wanted to show the child something.
An older student came to help
When the student refused, the stranger grabbed the girl’s wrist and pushed her back. An older student witnessed the incident and asked the man to let go of the 6-year-old. The man then turned away from the child and walked out of the schoolyard.
As a result of the incident, the girl suffered a hematoma on her wrist. A manhunt, continuous surveillance in the schoolyard and checks on people by the police have so far had negative results.
The police are looking for witnesses
The man is said to have been an older man of retirement age with a three-day beard. He was limping and wearing a dark jacket and cap.
