Another knife attack has taken place in the German city of Mannheim. As the police announced on Wednesday, an AfD municipal council candidate was injured on Tuesday evening and is in hospital. The perpetrator was arrested.
The attack took place shortly before 11pm on Tuesday, when the politician caught a man tearing down election posters near the market square.

The attack took place immediately afterwards, which fortunately “only” led to cuts.
