The Legislative Commission investigating the attack on the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021 has revealed that it is a coup attempt by then-President Donald Trump (2017-2021) to keep him in power.
In the first public hearing of the Commission of Inquiry held Thursday, the president, Democrat Bennie Thompson, did not hesitate to point out: Trump responsible and has said that the Republican was at the “center” of the “conspiracy”while encouraging his followers to take over the iconic building.
As the researchers have noted, proud boys they could have planned the attack in advance and could be a key to knowing why the attack on the Capitol happened.

On a screen placed above the lawmakers, they have shown: interview excerpts from the Commission with Trump Attorney General and with Ivanka Trump (daughter), among other things. This said, for the first time publicly, that the election fraud hoax was not believed.
The public hearing was held during prime time and has been broadcast live on all US networks except conservative Fox.
Five people were killed and about 140 officers were attacked in the attack on the United States Capitol.
