A young burglar duo caused tens of thousands of euros in damage to a company in Carinthia – the ‘fun’ did not last long. Photos of the burglary are spreading on social media and according to the alleged mother, the accused girl is now being “incited” on the internet.
A broken power supply, a damaged forklift truck, scattered paint powder and walls and doors sprayed with graffiti, but also a stolen computer and a broken window: serious consequences after a burglary at a company in Ebenthal.
On Wednesday, police released photos of the March burglary, showing a girl and a boy – both teenagers – who had been in the business for several hours and had apparently had a lot of trouble there. “After consultation with the Klagenfurt Public Prosecutor’s Office, they ordered the photos to be published for the purpose of the house search,” the police said.
After the photos were published by the police, the photos of the young people also ended up on social media – where the two were quickly recognized and reported to the police. They are two 14-year-olds from the Klagenfurt-Land district.
Mother of the perpetrator: ‘It doesn’t have to be in such a hurry’
Suddenly the so-called mother of the girl said on the Internet: “I recognized my daughter today in the photos and we made a self-report,” says the mother and asks that the published photos be deleted: “She was still thirteen at the time. shouldn’t have happened,” she wrote in a post on an Instagram page that also published the photos. It shouldn’t have happened and it was extremely nonsense “that she did that for the first time in her life.” always critical: “She is still young and there is a lot of hate in the comments now!”
What awaited her was punishment enough: “There is no need to be so aggressive on the internet against such a young girl!” was the message, which allegedly came from the alleged mother of the perpetrator.
The stolen goods were seized by the police during a voluntary inspection: “The young people will be reported on a large scale after the completion of the investigation,” the police said in a press release.
