It was supposed to be a relaxing city trip, but it ended in a serious ‘mud battle’ with an airline: a 75-year-old from Linz wanted to spend four days in the Portuguese capital Lisbon with three acquaintances at the end of May. The flight with TAP Air Portugal started at Vienna airport and would take hand luggage due to the short holiday duration.
