Police can only speculate as to what the motive behind this burglary was. Unknown persons entered a car repair shop in Imst on Saturday evening. But instead of looking for something valuable, the perpetrators settled for candy. . .
According to police, the crime took place between 8 p.m. Friday evening. The perpetrator(s) first disabled a surveillance camera that was filming outside the company in the direction of the street, then smashed a window with an object and thus gained access to the workshop.
Once inside, the burglars apparently had unusual priorities: according to the police, they stole candy. However, they left the office space, which was also in the building, untouched.
