Two previously unknown young men tried to rob a 17-year-old in Oberndorf in Tyrol on Sunday evening. First the two beat him, then they searched him for valuables.
The incident took place on Sunday night around 2 a.m. on Bahnhofstrasse in Oberndorf (Kitzbühel district). “Two men tried to rob a 17-year-old Austrian by first beating the teenager and then searching for valuables,” police said.
The police are looking for witnesses
Because the victim apparently defended himself, the perpetrators were unable to take any belongings and fled. “Further investigation into the crime is ongoing,” the investigators emphasize.
