A violent accident involving five people, some seriously injured, kept emergency services in Dornbirn in suspense on Sunday evening! At around 9:55 p.m., a highly motorized black BMW with Swiss number plates skidded on Moosmahdstrasse and crashed into a facade.
The tuned black BMW with registration plates from Zurich drove out of town on Moosmahdstraße Sunday evening when it left the lane.
As a result, the vehicle, which was carrying five people, skidded on the sidewalk, mowed down a company sign, a road sign, a tree, several flower pots and a lamp before shoveling the entire width of the street again and eventually crashing into a residential building. The BMW was completely destroyed.
All five people on board, including a 13-month-old baby, were injured in the crash, two of them so bad they had to be taken to the state hospital in Feldkirch. The other three were taken to nearby Dornbirn Hospital.
The traces of the accident indicate that the driver of the accident was traveling at a speed of more than 100 km/h in the 50 zone – further investigation is ongoing.
