Two substations and an oil storage facility in Volgograd, southern Russia, caught fire as a result of falling debris from drones, the regional governor there, Andrei Bocharov, said on Telegram. Local authorities said a fire broke out at a substation in the Rostov region but was extinguished.

Highest terror alert level
The authorities of the Znamensk Closed Administrative-Territorial Unit (ZATO) in the Astrakhan region asked residents not to leave the premises, as the highest terror alert level was declared on the premises due to a drone strike.
