The woman has no driver’s license and apparently has little sense of responsibility. Because how else can you explain that she apparently drove away drunk from a police checkpoint in her car, with her eight-year-old child in the backseat. She also caused two accidents while escaping.
This mother from Stadl-Paura is also likely to take a closer look at youth care! The 39-year-old driver was spotted by a civilian patrol on the L 1315 in Rüstorf on Tuesday evening.
The woman is a well-known civil servant and does not have a driver’s license, but that apparently does not stop her from getting behind the wheel of her car – even when she is drunk.
Her eight-year-old child was in the backseat of the car and a 39-year-old acquaintance was in the passenger seat. Before the officers activated their blue lights and horn, the driver recognized the plainclothes officers.
At 155 km/h through the area
She immediately accelerated hard and sped away. The police were therefore unable to open the door immediately. This was only possible in the vicinity of the town of Riesenberg. They discovered that the 39-year-old was probably driving at a speed of around 155 km/h in the area.
After taking several turns and changing lanes several times, the woman first collided with the priority sign ‘priority’ at an intersection and then with a parked car. However, she initially did not let this stop her and simply continued driving too fast.
Symptoms of drug addiction
Shortly after, plainclothes police officers managed to arrest the driver. A preliminary alcohol test on her was negative, but clear symptoms of substance abuse were found. She refused a clinical examination
The frantic mother was reported to the Wels Public Prosecutor’s Office for endangering physical safety in traffic.
