A dangerous incident occurred in the Styrian district of Murau on Saturday. A bull broke through an electric fence and attacked several people.
First, the escaped animal and a bull that was present on the adjacent plot got into a fight. The cattle farmer and the neighboring farmer couple wanted to stop this and drive the ‘quarrelers’ apart.
But suddenly the runaway cow turned around in a narrow spot and knocked over the human pursuers. According to the police, they suffered injuries of undetermined nature and some of them, after initial treatment by the rescue team, had to be flown to different hospitals by emergency medical helicopter.

The escaped bull was also injured when he fell into a creek bed after fighting with his fellow bull. According to police, he was unable to move and was shot by a hunter after consultation with the owner.
